In the past, the rehabilitation with fabric hoses in accordance with GW 327, or the renewal of gas pipelines by pipe pulling or pipe insertion in accordance with GW 320-1 have also led to success in a wide variety of construction measures and tasks and are carried out just as carefully by our specialists as trenchless replacement using the pressing/pulling method in accordance with GW 322-1.We would be happy to advise you on the most suitable construction method for your application!
Construction of drinking water pipes
To ensure that the water comes out of the tap clean, we carry out construction work for our customers to produce and renew drinking water pipes with great care and in compliance with strict hygiene regulations. Water is the most important foodstuff and cannot be replaced! We are a certified DVGW specialist company in accordance with GW 301:
W1: az, ge, ku, pe, st; R1; R2; GN1Water pipes for all pressures and nominal widths, at any depth, are manufactured by our employees with a high level of expertise. In addition to the construction of drinking water pipes, our range of services also includes the production of wastewater pressure pipes, service and extinguishing water pipes and, together with the areas of district heating and gas, completes the pipeline construction at KARL WEISS Technologies.
Other possible construction methods that we are happy to carry out for you are the renovation of water pipes with fabric hoses in accordance with GW 327, renewal by pipe pulling or pipe insertion in accordance with GW 320-1, or trenchless replacement with our hydros® method in accordance with GW 322-1.
