Rehabilitation of Sewer and Industrial Pipelines

Solutions for Your Industrial Pipelines

Trenchless rehabilitation up to 600 m at 40 bar

The starline® HPL-S process is used for the trenchless rehabilitation of sewer and industrial pipes in single lengths of up to 600 m. With the safety factor of 1.5—which is standard for PE pipes in water systems—this type of fabric hose can withstand a maximum operating pressure of up to 40 bar.

Long-Term Operational Safety and Hygiene for Transport Pipelines

This allows both the required operational safety and hygiene of these pipes to be restored quickly and permanently. Contamination of the groundwater due to leaks from the old pipe is also permanently prevented.

The fabric liner used in the starline®HPL-S processis based, in terms of fabric structure, on the starline®HPL-G fabric liner, which has been tested in accordance with DVGW VP 404. The system’s design life is at least 50 years. Existing and future corrosion breaches—which pose an enormous potential risk to safety and the environment, particularly in transmission pipelines—are therefore efficiently, quickly, and permanently eliminated using the starline®HPL-S process.

starline® HPL-S

Using the starline® HPL-Sfabric hose relining method®HPL-S fabric pipe relining method, wastewater pressure pipes and service water lines can be rehabilitated—depending on their composition and the strength of the fabric material—at operating pressures of up to 40 bar in single lengths of up to 600 m.

This allows both the required operational safety and the hygiene of these pipes to be restored quickly and permanently. Contamination of the groundwater due to leaks from the old pipe is also permanently prevented.
