We are currently seeking a specialist for our Berlin office in the field of:

Construction Manager (m/f/d) – Civil Engineering / Civil and Pipeline Construction

Your Responsibilities
  • Importing and analyzing order documents from the quotation calculation
  • Preparation of schedules, equipment plans, and staffing plans
  • Planning and applying for traffic management plans
  • Coordination of all parties involved in the project
  • Review of contracts (particularly VOB, DIN, and WN-BWB)
  • Quality assurance and compliance with technical regulations
  • Maintenance of the construction log
  • Monitoring construction site performance and determining construction costs
  • Ensuring Workplace Safety and Accident Prevention
  • Conducting construction site orientations
  • Collaborating with foremen and other construction supervisors
  • Reviewing the construction log
  • Responsibility for the technical and financial success of construction projects
  • Monthly reporting of project-related key performance indicators
  • Independent billing for construction projects
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in construction management is desirable (but not required)
  • In-depth knowledge of the VOB and relevant technical regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ideally, also in RIB iTWO
  • Class B driver’s license required
  • Very good written and spoken German skills are desirable
  • Ability to handle pressure, strong organizational skills, and a solution-oriented approach to work
