Trenchless renovation up to 600 m at 40 bar
The starline® HPL-S process is used in individual lengths of up to 600 m for the rehabilitation of wastewater and industrial pipes in trenchless rehabilitation. With the usual safety factor of 1.5 for PE pipes in the water sector, a maximum operating pressure of up to 40 bar is possible for this type of fabric hose.

Long-term operational safety and hygiene for transport lines
This allows both the required operational safety and the hygiene of these pipes to be restored quickly and permanently. Contamination of the groundwater due to leaks in the old pipe is also prevented in the long term.
The fabric hose of the starline®HPL-S processis based on the fabric structure of the starline®HPL-G fabric hosetested in accordance with DVGW VP 404. The static service life of the system is at least 50 years. Existing and future corrosion breakthroughs, which represent an enormous safety and environmental risk potential, especially in transport pipes, are therefore eliminated efficiently, quickly and sustainably with the starline®HPL-S process.

Depending on their composition and the strength of the fabric material, the starline®HPL-Sfabric hose relining process can be used to rehabilitate wastewater pressure pipes and service water pipes with an operating pressure of up to 40 bar in individual lengths of up to 600 m.
