- Pipe fitter (m/f/d)

Practical training takes place directly on the construction site. For this purpose, there are special apprentice construction sites in close cooperation with Berliner Wasserbetriebe (BWB).

Civil engineering worker (m/f/d)
General information:
- Training period: 2 years
- As a civil engineering worker, you will prepare construction sites, construct traffic routes and traffic areas in addition to excavations, operate machines, secure pits against slipping earth, install supply and disposal systems or drain trenches and construction areas.
There is the possibility of a subsequent one-year advanced training course, e.g. as a pipeline or sewer construction worker.

Pipe fitter (m/f/d)
General information:
- Training period: Civil engineering technician + 1 year (= 3 years)
- Pipe fitters lay and install pressure pipes for water, gas, oil and district heating. You will learn how to lay and connect these pipes, prepare construction sites, create and secure excavation pits and operate construction machinery. One of KARL WEISS Technologies' specialties is its self-developed and patented trenchless methods in the infrastructure sector using new technologies.

Sewer builder (m/f/d)
General information:
- Training period: Civil engineering technician + 1 year (3 years)
- Sewer fitters lay, build or renovate rainwater, combined and wastewater sewers as gravity sewers. The professional construction of special structures made of brickwork, concrete or reinforced concrete also falls within the scope of duties of the sewer builder. You will learn how to prepare construction sites, measure structures and components, create and secure excavation pits and operate and maintain construction machinery.
